About the Role 

This isn’t your average digital marketing internship in Toronto. We’re seeking someone ready to step up and be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts. As our Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our expert team to ensure our brand’s voice shines through online.

This unpaid internship is ideal for fresh graduates or university/co-op students who are in marketing, graphic design, advertising, communications, and PR. After completing the internship program, you’ll also gain college credit.

Digital Marketing Details and Responsibilities 

This role allows you to gain invaluable experience, tackle exciting challenges, and unleash your creativity in an open and supportive environment. You’ll be assisting with a diverse range of tasks, including:

  • Help create content for marketing projects like blogs, eBooks, and customer stories.
  • Support day-to-day marketing and social media tasks
  • Help keep our website content fresh
  • Assist in creating content for social media campaigns
  • Track vendor invoices related to marketing
  • Assist with managing programs and contests
  • Make sure all assigned promotional tasks are finished
  • Help with posting ads online
  • Keep our social media channels up to date
  • Make PowerPoint presentations for the Sales and Marketing team
  • Assist the team at events and conferences
  • Find new ideas for social media content
  • Handle other tasks as needed 

Essential Skills and Qualifications for this Position 

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and able to connect with others easily
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Can work well independently or in a team
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Basic understanding of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Google Adwords, Photoshop, and Google Analytics is a plus
