Event Production and Management Internship – For Hire in Toronto

We’re looking for full-time event production and management interns who are eager to work on corporate events, weddings, and more. You’ll also get the chance to work on tasks for our sub-brands in the events industry.

Important: This internship is unpaid, and job tasks can shift frequently. If you’re okay with these terms, we’d love to have you onboard.
Here are your responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Assisting in event planning, production, and management
- Performing event-related set-up and tear-down tasks
- Providing top-notch customer service and assisting in client appointments
- Answering and promptly following up on all event inquiries
- Preparing and packing client orders, including unpacking and cleaning rental items
- Processing payments and issuing receipts
- Scheduling and hosting site
- Handling various administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, invoicing, writing event contracts, and answering phone calls
- Taking care of data entry tasks such as research, bookkeeping, and cash flow management
- Keeping the office running smoothly with general maintenance and some website work
- Ensuring the event venue is clean and tidy before wrapping up
- Ensuring all decor items, tools, and equipment are returned clean and properly stored
- Safely packing, cleaning, and handling inventory to prevent any damage or deterioration
- Working closely with the marketing team to promote our brand and events
- Showcasing your creative side with crafting and painting
- Tackling any other event-related tasks with enthusiasm

Internship Duration
Our internships last 90-120 days and require a minimum of 16 hours per week onsite, with some flexibility for event weeks, weekends, and even late-night shifts.
