Select the elements you want to modify. In this case, I want to change the wedding information.
- Click on the text boxes and replace the default text with your name, the wedding date, venue details, and any additional information you wish to include.
- While on the Canva Editor, click through the various tools in the left sidebar. Explore different templates for text styles, graphics, design elements, photos, and more.
Other features: You can also add personal photos to enhance the design. You can also choose from Canva’s extensive collection of high-quality images. Canva allows you to adjust the layout by rearranging and resizing the elements. For a unique touch, you can add decorative elements like illustrations, lines, or borders.

Once you’re satisfied with your wedding invitation design, it’s time to save and share it.
- Click on the “Share” button at the top right corner of the Canva Editor, then select the “Download” button.

- Give your file a name and save it to the designated folder on your computer.
You can send the invites digitally through email, messaging apps, or social media platforms. Alternatively, you can print physical copies to mail out. Select quality paper stock and envelopes that match your invitation design.
If you prefer printing your invitations at home, download the design in PDF format and pock crop marks and bleed to determine where to trim the paper. But if you want to print the invites with an online printing service, download them as high-quality JPG or PNG files.
